PERFORMING
The final stage of development is performing, this stage is where the members feel satisfied with the work that is completed. Group members would meet up for there last meeting before their presentation and will discuss the personal and groups process, also their strength and weaknesses.
"Fights are clean, and members continue working together without grudges. Best of all, information flows freely, deadlines are met, and production exceeds expectations". (Business Communication, 2016, pg 37)
NORMING
The third stage of development is norming. At this stage each group member should know their responsibility. Bonds are formed, leadership roles are being shared, and the members are willing to help each other. Now that everyone is getting along and everyone understands each other roles the group can meet their goal to be successful.
"Tension subsides, roles are clarified, and information begins to flow among members. The group periodically checks the agenda to remind itself for its progress towards it goals".(Business Communication, 2016, pg 37)
STORMING
The second stage of development is storming. The storming stage is when the conflict and competition would start, the reason for that is because the group would know what the task is and would have to brainstorm and figure out who is doing what.
"Teams composed of dissimilar personality types may take longer to progress through the storming phase. Tempers flare, sleep may be lost, leaders may be deposed, but most often the storm passes, and a cohesive group emerges". (Business Communication, 2016, pg 37)

FORMING
The first stage of team development is forming. Forming is bringing together parts or combine to create. When it comes to forming it is a stage where you are getting a group together, sometimes you would get to choose your own group or a group is already selected for you. That is when you feel excited for the task that was assigned, and you feel anxiety for how well this team will accomplish the task. Forming stage is to create a team with clear structure, goals, direction and roles so that members begin to build trust.
"During the first stage, individuals get to know each other, they often are overly polite and feel a bit awkward. As they search for similarities and attempt to bond, they begin to develop trust in each other". (Business Communication, 2016, pg 37)
